和歌山県南部　見晴らしの良い場所に建つ築25年のRC住宅を1・2階で住み分ける二世帯住宅に組み替えたリノベーションです。

元の建物の持つおおらかさを生かしながら居心地の良いスケール感が生まれるよう空間を区切っていきました。水廻り等の機能空間の使いやすさを重視して生活動線を組み立てています。

 

This is a renovation of a 25-year-old RC house with a great view in southern Wakayama Prefecture, reconfigured as a two-family house with separate living quarters on the first and second floors.

The space was divided to create a comfortable sense of scale while utilizing the generosity of the original building. The living line was constructed with an emphasis on the usability of functional spaces such as the water area.
